Just brought your puppy home and wondering what to do next or maybe you're struggling with a few 'niggles'? This personalised 1:1 Zoom session is designed to guide you through those all-important first weeks, so you can start off calm, confident, and on the right track. Having a puppy is amazing but can feel overwhelming—you want to do everything right, avoid mistakes, and help your puppy settle in smoothly. This session gives you clear, practical guidance tailored to you and your puppy, so you’re not left guessing or relying on conflicting advice. Together, we’ll cover the key foundations for a happy, well-mannered pup, including: Settling your puppy into your home and creating a routine What you actually need (without buying everything!) Sleep, toilet training, and early daily structure Handling common puppy behaviours like biting, mouthing, and crying at night Building good habits early to prevent future problems Helping your puppy fit into your family and lifestyle You’ll also have plenty of time to ask questions about your specific situation, so you leave feeling reassured, supported, and clear on what to do next. After your session, you’ll receive your 'Puppy Bundle' covering all the important info we covered. Perfect for new puppy owners (or those needing a refresher) who want expert support in the early stages and to set their puppy up for long-term success.
Cancellation Policy
You are booking an online consultation from Puppy Geek HOW ARE CONSULTATIONS DELIVERED? Online only via Zoom TECHNICAL ISSUES We fully appreciate that there may be technical issues (on both sides) & we will assist where we can & also be accommodating where there are problems BOOKING Payment is taken at the time of your booking & you will receive an auto-receipt that payment has been successful (this may go to junk/spam). CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel a session, please let us know ASAP. Cancellations made later than 48h prior to a booked session will not be refunded SESSIONS Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are not available at the scheduled time, an attempt to connect will be made for up to 5 mins post start time - if no connection is made/there is a 'no show', the session will be cancelled & there will be no refund DURATION OF SESSIONS Session duration is clearly indicated at booking, either 30mins or 1hr. This is a maximum duration and a session may end sooner than the specified time but will not overrun MARKETING & PRIVACY Photographs, verbal & written feedback may be used for marketing purposes via social media - if you are not happy with this, please let us know MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR SESSION It is always advised to think about all the questions you'd like to ask prior to your session or even write a list, this way you can make the most of your time & avoid your mind going blank!
