You can also book Puppy Check-Ins as continued support to address any issues up to your puppy's first birthday. Puppy Geek is tailored to meet your and your puppy's specific needs.

Puppy Geek sessions are customized for you and your puppy. It's a good idea to jot down any questions or concerns before the session to make sure you cover everything. Don't worry if you forget something; I'll guide you through all the important points.

For Step 3 Puppy Life Skills, when we're starting online puppy training, you & your puppy will need to be in a room with as few distractions as possible! I know it isn't always possible to have a super quiet place & having some 'busy-ness in the background' is what puppy will have to adapt to in real life after all. Our puppy training sessions are short & sweet at 30 mins, so just aim for a comfortable, quiet place where it's just you & pup or maybe one other person who'd like to be involved, for instance a child.

No, you don't have to enroll in all three options. But they are designed to work together, giving you a complete plan from preparing for your puppy, welcoming them home, to teaching essential life skills.

No worries, technical issues can happen. There's always a workaround to make sure the session continues smoothly.

No technical skills needed! If you can read this FAQ, you can join Puppy Geek. You'll get a Zoom link to click and open, no downloads required. You can access sessions on a PC, phone, or tablet.

Step 1 - Puppy Preparation is designed for you to enroll when your puppy may still be a 'glint in the eye' & not yet born or up to 8 weeks

For ongoing support, I have handy 30 min Puppy Check-Ins available which you can book at any time convenient to you up until your puppy's first birthday.

The duration of your Puppy Geek option is outlined online, typically 30 mins or 1hr maximum - the session will strictly adhere to this time-frame and will not overrun

Yes of course! Whilst Puppy Geek is designed to take you through the whole puppy journey, from preparing for a puppy through to teaching all those important life skills, you can certainly start part-way through

You can cancel your session with up to 48hrs notice and be refunded. If you cancel a session with less than 48hrs notice you will NOT receive a refund

No, sessions cannot be booked same day - there must be 24hrs notice

No experience is needed. Puppy Geek is designed for first-time puppy owners and returning dog owners alike.

Puppy Geek is NOT suitable for owners with dogs suffering from complex and involved behavioural issues requiring comprehensive treatment plans or dogs struggling with multiple training difficulties. The time allotted to sessions does not allow such cases to be properly addressed. Please do not book a session hoping for a solution if the above applies - unfortunately your session will be terminated and refunded.
