Need a little help, reassurance, or a quick answer to something that’s popped up? Geek Check-Ins are flexible, bite-sized support sessions designed to keep you and your puppy on track throughout your journey. No matter how well you prepare, puppy life can feel confusing or overwhelming at times—and that’s completely normal. These sessions give you a chance to check in whenever you need guidance, troubleshoot an issue, or simply make sure you’re doing things right. Each session is a relaxed, personalised 30-minute Zoom call where you can ask anything—from small “is this normal?” questions to more specific behaviour concerns. With Geek Check-Ins, you can: Get quick answers and clear guidance when something isn’t going to plan Talk through challenges like biting, sleep, toilet training, or behaviour changes Sense-check what you’re doing and build confidence Stay consistent and avoid small issues becoming bigger problems You can book sessions as and when you need them, right up until your puppy’s first birthday, giving you ongoing support throughout those important early months. PUPPY CHECK-IN 3 X 30 MINS Whether you need a one-off confidence boost or regular check-ins to support your progress, this is your safety net—so you’re never left feeling stuck or unsure. Perfect for puppy owners who want flexible, expert support alongside their training journey. Booking: You will book your first session online (payment will be for all three). At the end of our first chat, I will schedule our next session
Cancellation Policy
You are booking an online consultation from Puppy Geek HOW ARE CONSULTATIONS DELIVERED? Online only via Zoom TECHNICAL ISSUES We fully appreciate that there may be technical issues (on both sides) & we will assist where we can & also be accommodating where there are problems BOOKING Payment is taken at the time of your booking & you will receive an auto-receipt that payment has been successful (this may go to junk/spam). CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel a session, please let us know ASAP. Cancellations made later than 48h prior to a booked session will not be refunded SESSIONS Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are not available at the scheduled time, an attempt to connect will be made for up to 5 mins post start time - if no connection is made/there is a 'no show', the session will be cancelled & there will be no refund DURATION OF SESSIONS Session duration is clearly indicated at booking, either 30mins or 1hr. This is a maximum duration and a session may end sooner than the specified time but will not overrun MARKETING & PRIVACY Photographs, verbal & written feedback may be used for marketing purposes via social media - if you are not happy with this, please let us know MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR SESSION It is always advised to think about all the questions you'd like to ask prior to your session or even write a list, this way you can make the most of your time & avoid your mind going blank!
