The Complete Puppy Geek Journey – All 3 Steps Get the full Puppy Geek experience and save by booking all 3 Puppy Geek Steps together—giving you expert support from the moment you start thinking about a puppy right through to raising a calm, well-mannered dog. Instead of figuring things out as you go, this complete package gives you a clear, step-by-step plan, with guidance at every stage of your puppy journey. You’ll be supported through all three key phases: Step 1 PUPPY PREPARATION: Planning for your puppy – choosing the right dog, finding a reputable breeder, and preparing properly Step 2 NEW PUPPY BASICS: The early days at home – settling in, routines, sleep, toilet training, and handling those first challenges Step 3 PUPPY LIFE SKILLS: Life skills training – building calm behaviour, good manners, and real-life training Each session is personalised to you, so you get advice that fits your lifestyle—not generic training tips. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions throughout, meaning you’re never left unsure about what to do next. Booking all three together not only saves you money, but ensures consistency in your training, helping you avoid common mistakes and build the right habits from the very beginning. Booking: You will book & pay for all 3 steps online & your chosen date will be for your Step 1 PUPPY PREPARATION session. At the end of your first chat, I will schedule your next session
Cancellation Policy
You are booking an online consultation from Puppy Geek HOW ARE CONSULTATIONS DELIVERED? Online only via Zoom TECHNICAL ISSUES We fully appreciate that there may be technical issues (on both sides) & we will assist where we can & also be accommodating where there are problems BOOKING Payment is taken at the time of your booking & you will receive an auto-receipt that payment has been successful (this may go to junk/spam). CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel a session, please let us know ASAP. Cancellations made later than 48h prior to a booked session will not be refunded SESSIONS Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are not available at the scheduled time, an attempt to connect will be made for up to 5 mins post start time - if no connection is made/there is a 'no show', the session will be cancelled & there will be no refund DURATION OF SESSIONS Session duration is clearly indicated at booking, either 30mins or 1hr. This is a maximum duration and a session may end sooner than the specified time but will not overrun MARKETING & PRIVACY Photographs, verbal & written feedback may be used for marketing purposes via social media - if you are not happy with this, please let us know MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR SESSION It is always advised to think about all the questions you'd like to ask prior to your session or even write a list, this way you can make the most of your time & avoid your mind going blank!
